With more than 54 years of experience mainly in infrastructure and property development, KTC GROUP has acquired and developed specialised skills in key areas such as land bank acquisition, construction and development of real estate, including construction of bridges, commercial and residential buildings, civil and infrastructure development works, interior decoration, project management and property consultation.

KTC Arkz Group Sdn Bhd’s parent company is the HMD Group, where the board has more than 45 years of direct involvement in bridge construction, building construction and real estate development.
